I am not sure if these are hornet nests, but do not mess with them. I was rapelling on one of these cliffs and was attacked by a Gazillion Hornets stinging my head! I jumped about 12 feet to the sand and ran like hell.

The whole world got light and bright. Then I went blind and could not move my arms. Anyhow ...don't mess with these nests.
Nests made by little swallows or big wasps?
